CNC machining centres for aluminium and PVC profiles

A CNC centre performs every programmed hole, slot and cut-out on the bar, with no templates and no moving the part between machines. Here is when the investment makes sense and which LGF model fits your workshop.

When a CNC centre pays off

  • you make many types of windows, doors or profile systems and keep changing templates;
  • you run repetitive batches and want identical quality on every piece;
  • you machine long profiles, or parts longer than the machine;
  • you want a less experienced operator to work safely from a program.

What does 4 axes mean?

Besides the three travel directions (X, Y, Z), the working head can rotate, so the profile is machined on several faces without turning it over.

Who programs the machine?

LGF centres are controlled from an industrial PC running dedicated LGF software with a Windows interface. The operator is trained at commissioning.

Thinking about CNC?

Send us a few profile drawings and the machining you do. We will tell you which model fits and what options you need.
