What data we collect
- Quote form: name, company, phone, email, location, the machine or job you are interested in and your message.
- Direct contact (phone, email, WhatsApp): the data you send us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, kept in server logs for security, and the cookies described in the Cookie policy.
Why we use the data and on what legal basis
- To reply and send the requested quote: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent given in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- To protect the website against spam and abuse: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- If we sign a contract: its performance and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
Who we share data with
- Our commercial partner ROGAMA IMPEX E.O.O.D. (Ruse, Bulgaria, VAT BG 203070995), only when the quote is issued by this company and only for issuing it.
- Our hosting provider (ROMARG, Romania).
- Public authorities, only when required by law.
How long we keep data
Quote request data is kept for at most 3 years from our last contact if no contract is signed; otherwise for the period required by law.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and to withdraw consent. Write to office@utilaje-pvc-aluminiu.ro; we reply within one month. You may complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.
